Who runs this site

Fovea is a macOS application for photographers, sold and supported from the Netherlands.

Fovea is a product of Deemz IT, which also trades as Unclank. Wherever you see any of these names, on this site, in the application or on a receipt, the business responsible is the one listed in the table above.

Who sells Fovea

Fovea is sold through Polar, who act as Merchant of Record. Polar is the seller of record for every purchase, processes payment, issues licence keys, and collects and remits VAT and sales tax. They are the name that appears on your receipt and your bank statement.

Our policies

Consumer dispute resolution

Please email us first. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, consumers in the EU can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not currently signed up to one, but we always try to settle things directly.

Content and links

We write and check everything on this site carefully, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date at every moment. Where this site links elsewhere, the content of those sites is the responsibility of the people who run them.

Open-source software

Fovea's offline Draw to Select tool includes a Core ML conversion of MobileSAM, copyright Chaoning Zhang and its contributors, distributed under the Apache License 2.0. A complete copy of that licence and the conversion notice are included in the application bundle.
